2. If you'd prefer to enter the Biggest Loser Resort Sweepstakes without scheduling an appointment, visit our Contact Us page.  Submit your contact information and mention Biggest Loser Resort Sweepstakes in the comments field.  We will enter you in the drawing.

Winner Selection

1. All eligible entrants will automatically be entered in the drawing.

2. On or about March 1, 2012 Life Line Screening will randomly select 1 person from all eligible entries received.

3. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Award includes 7 nights accommodation, meals, fitness training and educational classes at the Biggest Loser Resort location of your choice.  Spa treatments, one-on-one training and travel is not included.  Must be redeemed by 12/31/12.  May not be combined with other offers.

5. The winner will be notified via phone, e-mail, or postal mail on or about March 1, 2012.
