Mike, Fat-free cheese is a good way to get dairy in your diet without the extra calories. It doesn’t melt as well if you want to cook with it though. As far as substitute sugars go, I refer you to the Mayo Clinic for a good summary. Hope this is helpful, and thanks for posting.
