Do Less Sneezin’ in the Garden This Season

If you have allergies, the following suggestions can help you enjoy your garden with greater comfort:
- Wear a mask and goggles to keep pollen and other allergens out of your nose and eyes.
- Take a shower when you come indoors to keep outdoor allergens out of your home.
- Refrain from scratching your nose or eyes while gardening.
- Keep the soil damp to keep dust and mold on the ground and out of the air.
- Have someone else without allergies rake leaves, which sends mold spores aloft.
