- Two people must reserve screening appointments together, online or by phone, between July 8 and July 31, 2010.
- Screening attendance in July is not required. The screening event could take place at a date beyond July 31, 2010.
- No purchase is necessary to enter. If you'd prefer to enter the 2 for 2 July Special without scheduling an appointment, visit our Contact Us page. Submit your contact information and mention 2 for 2 July Special in the comments field. We will enter you in the drawing.

Winner Selection

- All eligible entrants will automatically be entered in the drawing
- On or about August 6, 2010, Life Line Screening will randomly select ten pairs of entrants from all eligible entries received and give a total of 20 free screening packages.
- Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
