Database Marketing Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Customer Retention, the Database Marketing Analyst is responsible for evaluating and communicating results across multiple marketing channels to the customer retention group, marketing team, and Strategic Leadership Team.

  • Salary starting at $55,000+, based on experience

Career Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in one of the following: Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, MIS, Finance, or related field OR 3+ years related experience
  • Strong ability to run and operate relational database systems with proficiency in advanced SQL query building, data extraction, and manipulation techniques
  • Experience with data management of direct response marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of statistical methodologies and techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Tableau
  • Ability to interpret the information requirements of peers into appropriate data investigation
  • Hands-on CRM platform experience is a plus
  • Creative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel
