About this package
Nineteen screenings plus mid-year monitoring — every cardiovascular, chronic disease, hormone, and organ health screening we offer, with a follow-up appointment built in to track how your results change over time.
What’s Included
15 screenings. One appointment
Carotid Artery Screening
An ultrasound is performed to screen the carotid arteries, the blood vessels in your neck that deliver blood to your brain, for buildup of fatty plaque. This buildup, called atherosclerosis, is one of the leading causes of stroke.
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening
An ultrasound is performed to screen the abdominal aorta for the presence of an enlargement or aneurysm. AAA can lead to a ruptured aortic artery, which is a life-threatening medical emergency.
Atrial Fibrillation Screening
A 6-lead electrocardiogram (EKG) is performed by placing sensors on the arms and legs to screen for atrial fibrillation. AFib can lead to blood clots, stroke, and heart failure. It raises stroke risk by 5 times and has no symptoms in most people.1
Peripheral Arterial Disease Screening
An ABI test is performed using blood pressure cuffs on the arms and legs. It is important to screen for PAD because it increases the risk of coronary artery disease, heart attack, or stroke.2
Chronic Disease Risk Assessment
A comprehensive screening that looks for six chronic conditions: heart disease, heart failure, stroke risk indicators, diabetes and prediabetes via A1C, COPD, and lung cancer markers. Each provides an early window into conditions that carry serious long-term consequences when left undetected.
Liver Health
A blood test measures liver enzymes to detect signs of liver disease, fatty liver, or damage from medication. Liver conditions rarely cause symptoms until significant damage has occurred.
Kidney Health
A blood test assesses how well your kidneys are filtering waste from your blood. Chronic kidney disease affects 1 in 7 Americans and has no symptoms in the early stages, when intervention is most effective.
Hormone Levels
A blood test assesses how well your kidneys are filtering waste from your blood. Chronic kidney disease affects 1 in 7 Americans and has no symptoms in the early stages, when intervention is most effective.
Organ Health
A comprehensive blood panel assessing overall organ function across multiple systems, providing a broad baseline of how your body’s major organs are performing.
A1C
Measures average blood sugar over the past three months to screen for diabetes and prediabetes. A1C is the gold standard test for identifying blood sugar issues before they progress to a diagnosis.
Mid-Year Monitoring Assessment
A follow-up blood analysis conducted mid-year that retests hormone levels, a complete lipid panel, glucose, and cortisol. It tracks how your key markers have changed since your initial screening, giving you and your physician a clear trend to work from rather than a single data point.
The best time to get screened is before you wish you did.
