Executive Team

An experienced group of health care executives, this team oversees all aspects of Life Line Screening.

Sean Schultz, Chief Executive Officer

Sean Schultz joined Life Line Screening in 2014 working closely with its Founders to transition leadership, infuse new ideas and position the company for accelerated growth. In concert with the Leadership Team, the company has since built Life Line Community Healthcare, a leading Medicare provider of preventive services, created its Wellness Gold Membership program, launched a new Pharma Services Division to provide patient access to innovative clinical treatments and repositioned its’ platform for a digital future.

Schultz spent fifteen years at Lincare, then, a publically traded company and became one of three Vice-Presidents leading sales and operations, and was a key leader driving the company’s growth from $400M to $2B in revenues.  This included a significant breadth of products and services covering Lincare’s core brick and mortar sites, direct to consumer, business to business, acquisition and denovo starts.    He was known as a creative thinker and disciplined operator that could rapidly grow both top and bottom lines.   

After Lincare, Schultz consulted with Cleveland Clinic Innovations group, evaluating market viability of new product and service offerings.  His early career experience in the hospital, sub-acute and home settings gave him an intimate understanding in meeting the needs of patients, physicians and payers.  

Dr. Andy Manganaro, MD, FACS, FACC, Chief Medical Officer and National Medical Director

Dr. Manganaro began his tenure at Life Line Screening as a physician reviewer in 2000. His commitment to the company’s overall mission motivated him to take a larger role and in 2005 he became the medical director, overseeing all aspects of clinical quality and development of clinical protocols.

He also directs Life Line Screening’s research collaborations and analysis of its unique database of more than8 million customers. This research is shedding new light on vascular disease and vascular screening, with a recent paper on abdominal aortic aneurysm screening hailed as “groundbreaking” by those in the vascular community.

Dr. Manganaro has been a practicing vascular and cardiothoracic surgeon for more than 25 years and has cared for more than 10,000 patients with vascular disease and performed more than 5,000 vascular surgeries of every kind. Dr. Manganaro has been a tenured surgeon for more than 20 years at Kettering Hospital and is on the Governing Board of the Kettering Cardiovascular Institute of Kettering Medical Center. Dr. Manganaro is currently licensed topractice medicine in multiple states and oversees a panel of distinguished reviewing physicians.

Dr. Manganaro graduated medical school from New York University School of Medicine. He graduated Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University. 

Joseph Jahnke, Chief Financial officer

Mr. Jahnke joined Life Line Screening in November 2014 as CFO. He brings a well-rounded financeexperience including a distinguished career in building, strengthening, and leading corporate finance teams in accounting, financial planning, tax, treasury, and risk management functions for both start-up and mature high-growth organizations across diverse industries.

Prior to joining Life Line Screening Mr. Jahnke has served in a variety of accounting and finance roles, including as CFO in both private and publicly traded companies.Mr. Jahnke previously was CFO of healthcare provider Remington Medical Resorts and logistics providers National Express Inc. and RailTex, Inc.Mr. Jahnke holds a BSBA degree with an emphasis in accounting from Creighton University.

Huyen Bui, Chief Technology Officer

Huyen Bui joined Life Line Screening in 2012 to lead the company’s technology organization. His experience spans over 18 years in the technology industry.

Prior to Life Line Screening, he served as CTO of DiCentral Corporation, a SaaS business-to-business integration provider, and VP of Engineering for the luxury travel division of Expedia. Additionally, he was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for Esurance.com, and Lead Architect for Accenture’s Healthcare Information Infrastructure program.

Huyen holds a Master’s from Boston University’s Advanced Engineering Program, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Computer Science from MIT.

Jim Waters, Executive Vice-President Operations and Human Resources

Jim Waters has a proven track record of more than 25 years’ leadership in healthcare, service, and retail industries. His broad experience includes leading both sales and operations teams. This effort has focused on both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business opportunities. Mr. Waters joined Life Line Screening in 2006. He leads the company’s operations both domestically and abroad.
 
His management teams are responsible for delivering individual and corporate screenings in over 18,000 unique venues each year across the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and Australia.This international effort has resulted in the company delivering individual and personalized screening services to nearly one-million people per year.

Mr. Waters was previously Vice-President Sales and Operations at CORT Business Services, a division of Berkshire Hathaway.Because of his unique and diverse skill set, he was frequently tasked with leading the company’s national efforts on sharing best demonstrated practices, product expansion, new business integration, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Waters was a Journalism major at the University of Georgia.He has also run a 501(c)(3) organization where he was recognized as the county’s volunteer of the year.

Eric Greenberg, Executive Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Greenberg has a more than 20-year history in the consumer-marketing sector and joined Life Line Screening in 2003. Mr. Greenberg helped build the company’s direct-to-consumer multi-channel marketing efforts.

His efforts help drive the company’s strategy of building the largest and most comprehensive direct to consumer platform in the healthcare industry. Before joining Life Line Screening, Mr. Greenberg was President of DMM Partners, a direct marketing consulting practice. He also was Co-President of InteliHealth, an award-winning joint venture of Aetna US Healthcare and Johns Hopkins University. In 1996, he founded and became President of the Healthy Home Catalog –a successful direct-to-consumer retailer of health care products.

Mr. Greenberg is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and graduated summa cum laude from McDaniel College with a BA in Economics and Business Administration. He also holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Anna Bradford, Vice President Compliance and General Counsel

Ms. Bradford joined Life Line Screening in July 2016 as VP Compliance and General Counsel.

Prior to joining LLSA, she was General Counsel for a healthcare consulting firm engaged in the management of hospitals, surgery centers and large physician practices across the country and then with a world-wide technology company focused on education and e-learning platforms and training solutions.

Prior to that she served as regulatory counsel at a managed care network with more than 90,000 contracted healthcare providers. She has extensive experience in corporate governance, contracting, litigation management and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Bradford holds a BS in Business / Quantitative Analysis and a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University.

Kelly Daubach, Vice President Business Development

Ms. Daubach joined Life Line Screening as Vice-President of Business Development. She brings more than a decade of experience with a $2 Billion formerly public healthcare organization.

Most recently she held responsibility for both sales, operations and business development within a specialty division. She offers distinctive strengths in product introduction, developing strategic partnerships and productivity improvement.She is top line focused on raising sales, originating new consumer offerings, and increasing market share to optimize Life Line Screening’s position within the wellness industry.


Her education as a Registered Dietitian provides a passionate, consumer centered perspective in delivering exceptional healthcare to both consumers and providers.
